June 22nd This day came Thomas Green
and prefered a charge against
Isaiah Huntsman for taking the
name of God in vain for getting
a Gun and threatening to shoot him notice was
issued for him to appear on Saturday the 29 net parties
appeared the charge was not sustained only in the case
of threatning to shoot some one as there was some two
or three in company with the said Green it was also
proven that Thomas Green and those with him ware
intruding on the Rights of and in the enclosures of Isaiah
and his father James Huntsman it was also proven that
the first threat of hostilities ware made by two of the
comrads of said Green namely John and Josiah Huntsman
after hearing the Evidence the Court gave them a good and
appropriate lecture on principle et shewed them that the
Course they had taken was downwards Exhorted them
to do wright and forgive Each Other and dismissed
the case
