5This day came Ann Condit

and Entered Complaint against

Jesse Tailer for Refusing to pay

her five Dollars before he left for the Valley

she holding his note for the same

Notice was ishued for him to apper

before me at the Tithing hous on Saturday

the Tenth Inst at 3 O clock PM to answer

to said charge he being notified by plantif of 

and as neither Plantiff or defendent

appearing on the day of trial the Case was

dismissed
