Perseant to adjournment ,  The High Council
met in the school house in Kanesville 10 ocl A.M.
Present James Allred  Geo W. Harris  Aaron Johnson
Silas Richards  George Coulson  Lyman Stoddard,
N. S. Bulkley  E m Greene  Ira Oviatt  Wm Snow
11 ocl. called to order by the president,, names called
A. H. Perkoins  H. W. Miller  and J M Benson were absent
Prayer by Syman Stoddard,, Remarks by Pres. Allred
former minutes read by the clerk..  Pres George A. Smith
came,, some remarks on the former minutes.. J. M. Benson
came in,, Pres. Hyde came in,, Councilor Geo M Harris
called for the reading of certain letters that had
passed between pres. O. Hyde and the Big Grove Branch
of the church since the last council.. The majority
of the councilors were for having the minutes read
again first, A. H. Perkins came in.. The clerk again
read the minutes and they were accepted..
Pres O Hyde presented the letter sent to Big Grove
Branch and made some remarks, said as father
Cutlers operations were not confined to his own Branch
he said to Bro Stoddaed to read it first to that Branch
and then to any other he tho't proper,, Father  Cutler
tho't that severe, Pres. Hyde then read hid first letter,
then read the letter from the Big Grove Branch..
Pres. E. T. Benson came in,, Pres. Geo. A. Smith gave a
sketch of his visit to that Branch to visit father Cutler
said father Cutler manifested a good spirit said he
would come up soon as his leg would permit ( for he
cut his leg with broad [-----] and tho't when he saw
Bro. Hyde they could make all things straight
Remarks from Pres. Hyde  Geo. A. Smith  and others, Pres
James Young came in, Pres Hyde moved that a notice be
sent to father Cutler & and others concerned. Carried, the
clerk wrote one and sent by brother A Sherman,, the case
of Bro. James Browning( ---) I Oviatt laid over to next session
