let it be done in order. It was then carried by vote that
William Booth be ordained an Elder. George Thompson of
farmersville branch received into the quorum, and his
ordination to be confirmed upon him.Jonathan C. Wright,
Blockhouse branch, Charles Barney high Prairie branch,
Hirain Camon, Mill branch, & Calvin R Clarke blockhouse
branch were received unto the quorum. George Thompson &
George Garner were then ordained High Priests,& William
Booth an Elder, under the hands of O. Hyde, W^m Snow,
& Aaron Johnson. Jacob Degraw of blockhouse branch was
received unto the quorum. After singing by the Choir,
the meeting was dismissed with a benediction from
Elder O. Hyde.

Sunday Sept 2^nd 1849. This day being a two day meet.g.

at the  Tabernacle, for this branch of the Church, The High
priests quorum assembled together during intermission,
singing was dispensed with & meeting opened by prayer.
all the minutes not before read, were then read. John
Elmore was ordained a high Priest, & rec^d into the quorum.
Isaac Beebe block House branch, & William Batson of
Thirt's branch were received into the quorum, then adj^d
until first Sabbath in Oct^b next.

Sunday Oct^b 7th 1849. The quorum of High Priests
met at 1/2 past one p m, at the meeting ground North
of the  Tabernacle. Presd^t W^m Snow, as also Aaron
Johnson and Thomas Guymon, his Colr^s were present.
The meeting being open for business Elisha Noorhis of
Centerville branch, Lisson Chase of Highland Grove
branch, and William Parks of Blockhouse branch,
