grand jury and they left and
are now at Milford Beaver
Co. Utah, where I found her
with said Smith in a Small
shanty with but one bed in
it. I could find no witness
who could testify that they
cohabit as man and wife
though every one believes
they [--[ are nearly all who
know them except her wit-
nesses. How ever the [---] tes-
timony convicts her of wilful
purping and upon that it is
proper to rejec. He is truthful
and those who know him say
he would not lie even for
his mother. He says his father
was married and left a wife
in Ohio, because she treid to
poison him, and was never
divorced from her.
The claim is without merit
and recommened for rejection.
