Bro A. H. Perkins said he believed him to be
a pretty good old horse and his judgment was that the
horse was 14 or 15 years old.. Pres. Alllred deceded that
the charges were not sustained, Council voted to sustain
the decision, the minutes were then read and excepted.

E. M. Greene Lyman Stoddard, Wm Snow, H. W Miller
reported the No. of stray cattle taken to the rushes last
fall by the herdsmen,, to by 115,, and accounted for 105 this
spring.. Councils accepted the report,, several of the
council complained of Robert King for profane swearing
taking the mane of God in vain, Counselor Caulson
said he saw said R. King seting on the bank of the
river one sabbath evening and heard him say that he
had said by God he would never be a Mormon till the
river run up stream,, but now said he by God I'm a
mormon for the River runs up stream,, but soon the
current took a log that was floating upstream in an
eddy and carried sown stream again,, now said
King I'll be Dam; if I'll be a mormon any longer
for the River has turned down stream again..
Council then cut R. King off from the Church
by unanimous vote. The minutes of the trial
between Meekam and Carter was then read and
ordered to be recorded.
