the motion was recorded and carried..
     Some remarks form Prest O Hyde relative to the
papers and documents of the Bishops alledging
that they of right belong to the High Council and
Presidency here &c.. Remarks by several of the
Councillors,, Pres. O Hyde moved that the Books
of Bishops Johnson & Knights be put in to
the hands of the clerk of the Council and be
kept by him a proper length of time..
     The clerk condensed the amount of money
now in the hands of Bishops Johnson & Bigler which
amounted $ 156.89 .. The Bishop said they had not
used to their own benefit any of the tything..
     The Council voted their thanks to the bishops
also the whole house.. Bishop Bigler spake of a[ ====]
boy that lived with him since between Christmas
and New Years..
     On motion it was voted that he have one
dollar per week for his maintainance..

     Remarks relative to Bro. Jacob G. Bigler's
staying here another year and acting as
bishop for this Branch..
     On motion it was voted that he stay

and remain in his present capacity as
Council to the presiding Bishop..
     Remarks from Prest O Hyde spake relative
to the course of the bishop.. Remarks also from
several of the Councillors.
     Prest O Hyde spake relative to the funds now
in the Bishops hands, and proposed that it be
invested in a farm in which the poor shall be
located and put in a situation to make their
own living &c and spake relative to the order of
the presidency in the Valey concerning the tything
     On Motion it was voted that the money be
laid out in a farm and put under the inpervision
