Voted to post pone hay cutting until next saturday.
Voted to instruct the bishops according to the council
of the Twelve concerning the poor. Voted to appoint a
Committee form among the bishops to divide the
poor in the different neighborhoods,, voted to take
into the charge of this Council Sister Gully's teams
Voted that Jacob Bigler be appointed to take
charge of the team and hold it for her benefit
  adjourned till next Sat. 2 oclock P. M. at this
place

Council met with the Bishops according to
appointment,, Opened by prayer by James Alred,,
The minutes of No B raesr read,, and the Letter
from the Twelve concerning tything ,, remarks by
Counselor Harris concerning the Letter,said the
principle of tything was correct, but it not do to                enter into it now, his remarks were very approprate
Prest. Morly spoke concerning the families of those
gone in the service of the M. S. said they must be
seen to and provided for,, Bishop Myres enquired
how the boshops should be classed,, and who shall
make the division,, Remarks from Counselor Harris
concerning the duties of bishops, their  taking care
of the poor  &.. Remarks by Bishop B. F. Bird relative
to the situation if some families left for him to see
to..The council voted to go according to the council
of the Twelve.. Voted appoint a committee of five
to go  to the different camps and see to the poor
