both owned it, and he tried  to buy it of each of them
in order to be sure and have all the claim,,
said bro Hendrise to him if he would buy the rails
he would give him the claim,, and further said
he went to move the rails and bro's Stewart
told him if he did he would tare down his
house, and there would be blood sped
   9th Witness, Wm Jesseph, testified that eight weeks
ago he was called upon by bro Hendrise to go  and
see bro Haws to assist in settling the difficulty
relative to the claim.. He heard bro Haws say the
rails belonged to bro Hendrise..
3rd witness H. Haws said the Indian chief sent word
back by an Indian that Hendrise could have the
place or claim..
    Council decided that the parties divide
the claim equaly between them, and also divide
the cost equaly ,, also that one divide  the place and
the other choose..
     The case of S. E. weeks against Hiram Gates was
then taken up, this was a case appealed from the
Bishops court.. The parties agreed to arbatrate and
agreed on Jas. Allred for the third man.. Mr Nicks
chose H.W. Miller and bro. Gates chose A. H. Perkins
and the case was then submited to them..

Hatch for abuse and slander..
