Pres Allred was credited with 2 1/2 quires paper
purchased with the money obtianed for that
purpose.. The clerk was ordered to make an index
to the council Record,, also to get the leading item
of the Conference held here this winter and put
them in the Record of this council.. The case
of Jane Bullock's leaving her husband Kimball
Bullock was introduced by Counselor Wm Draper
and an investigation instituted to see if she should
be entitled to a share of his property.. The Council
voted that  Counselor Wm Draper act as bishop
and ascertain waht the fact are in relation and
then decide whether to come before the council
and when and give notice to the two parties..
    The case of bro. Sam Pollock and Enoch King
was introduced,, some remarks and the council
voted to drop it as not belonging to the business
of the council.. Counselor Draper bo't up
the case of Gabriel Cotten concerning his
removel.. He had not removed agreeably
to the council of pres. B. Young or the notice
of the High Council.. Remarks by several of the
counselors,, and counselor Wm G. Perkins represented
the case of a young man who had passed some
false gold to Sister Elmore and had not redeemed
it after some remarks the the council gave Bishop
Perkins orders to secure enough of the young
mans property to make the money out of and
pay the expenses.. E. M.Greene presented the
movements of the Branch where he presides, on
the goverment of children some remarks
on this subject,, voted to let it rest untill next
meeting and then have it under consider-
ation again.. The minutes read and
