Resolved that this conference approve and
sanction Pres. O. Hyde's Reply to Elder Wights
paphlet and that this action of this conference
be published to the Branches abroad
also    Resolved,, That this conference do disapprove the course of
Geo. Miller and do feel that he has manifested a spirit
of Apostacy and dissention and we feel to  say we
have no fellowship for him or his proceedings --
