   Bro. Cooley said he might have oborieted those feelings
had he have told bro. Hyde and he supposed he had but
as brother Hyde says he had not be asked bro. Hydes
forgiveness. Bro Hyde said if he found all roght up at
the mill all would by right..
    Counsellors H. W. Miller spake relative to council
and the propriety of the presidency officer at the stake where
they are appointed to preside..
Bro. James Snow spake relative to Bro. Jacob Bauner's acting
a Bishop & try cased &c. and the duties of the bishopric in the
Carterville Branch on motion the Council voted that Bro.
Bauner be the acting Bishop for Carterville to choose
Councellors try cased &c.- Carried by unanimous vote..
   The case of W^m Mendonhall against John Vanwagnner
==== from the rocky ford branch which had been planted
before the Bishop   ^{traveling === permit Isaac Allred and}  of the Branch but not acted upon,
because Bro Vanwaggonner said he would appeal it
he would not abide their decission but would appeal &c.
after some remark from Elder Hyde and Bro Isaac
Allred, the Council by vote refered to back to the Council  in
the Branch..
Relative to using the tything grain to fit off some individual &c. not to be used for such purposeses-
some explainations from
Elder Hyde &c.
   On motion the Council adj.- 2 weeks 10 A. M.  at the
upper room of the new Hall .
