Councillor L. Stoddard spake in relation to Bro Dibbles
selling shares in the museum. said the people in
the Branches, wanted to know if he failed to complete
the museum, whether the church would be responsible to
them for the amount they paid him for their shares=
said be mentioned these things because Bro Dibble
was here, that he might know what to answered the
people- Bro. Dibble said he had a  certificate from
the first Presidency and a number of the twelve to
do as he was doing, and the same was published
in England Iceland and Scotland under their Sau-
ction. Remarks by Councillors Benson, Bigler and
others on the subject of the covenants between Chas
Cunningham & Cynthia Mann. It was moved and second-
ed to dissmiss the subject-- Councillor Wm Snow said
it was well known by every body between here and
Nauvoo that such principles were wrong, and we
ought to brush him pretty smartly were if we did
let him go, but we will have to excuse him because
he has asked for giveness- The motion was tried and
Carried-- On motion the Council adjourned two
at 11 oclock A. M. to meet at this place..

Persuant to adjournment the High Council met
at the Music Hall-- Present of the councillors Ira Oviatt
Aaron Johnson, Geo. Coulson, James Mc Lellean, William
Snow, Lyman Stoddard Geo. M.Harris J. G. Bigler,
Noah S. Bulkley, J. M. Benson, Samuel Williams in the
place of James Allred, Jacob Bigler, in the place of H. W.
Miller-- Prest O. Hyde also present and called the House to
