3 wt.    Alen Comopton testified that he heard R. C. make those
statement=
4    E. P. Rollins    said he heard Caldwell say that
Bigler had got the better of him here, but he would get
by a hook in his jaw if it took him three years=

5     Wt. D. R. Williams said he heard Caldwell say last to
Bigler that he had said that any man that would
take the team that Bigler had on him was a [==] scoundrel  

 The testimony of T. S. Griffey & John mc Cray were read by the clerk
Robert Caldwell then gave his own testimony =
Jacob Bigler then gave his testimony=
  Abel Evans for Plant. made his speech=

Prest. Harris decieded that Bro. Bigler was not a
Partner in that job= That Bro. Caldwell had not sustained
his charge= that from the testimony the death of the ox
was unavoidable= that Jacob Bigler & Adam Bigler were
not accountable for it= and that Adam Bigler was
accountable for the half that was received for that
load= and that Bro. Caldwell make suitable confession
to Bro. Bigler or that he is cut off from the church,,
The decission was systioned sustained by the counsellors
   Bro. Caldwell made confession and and
the Council accepted the confession=
   The clerk presented the case of of Mary E. Ludington vs.
Michael R. Hyler was presented by the clerk and on motion
of the clerk laid over to the next siting--
   Council adjourned 1 week at 11 oclock A.M. at this
