Persuant to adjournment the High Council met
all present,,, and the names called ▬
     Prayer by James C. Snow No 1---
     The clerk read the former minutes- accepted-
      The case of Mary Ann Chapman was called up-
      On motion a committee of three (To Wit) A. Palmer
      A. Mc Rae and Wm Howell were appointed a committee
   To investigate the case of Mary Ann Chapman  ▬
      Jacob The committe retired with he parties ▬
       Jacob Bigler made his statement with regard to
a difficulty the case between him and have Robert Caldwell &c -
     after stating the case between him and Caldwell
    Concerning Calwells Team- and Caldwells speeches
  On motion the case was refered to the Bishop,,-
   The case of Dr. J. J. Ware,, Some remarks relative
  to his course &c.. and it was hand over  to Bro. J. C. Snow..
      The case of J. G. Lane was called he not being
present the case was laid by untill the close of
the council----
     The case of Bro. L. Powell his talking in tongues
    in the streets &c.. Remarks from several of the
    Councillors,, Councillor Snow moved that Bro. P--
     be sent for imediately ▬ opposed by Councillor
    Miller who suggested the propreity of appointing a
    Committee to visit him, and if they think necessary
    to cite him before the next Council On motion
    the vote was cast to send for Bro Powel immed-
   iately- and Bro. T. D. Brown went as messenger
   for Bro. Powell- Bro. J. C. Snow made some reports
   from the Branches north &c.. The clerk read the
   Report from North Pigeon-- all in good standing-
   Harris Branch reported all in good stand, other wise
   than a look of Prayer in the families.. The reports
   accepted.. Bro. Snow reported for several Branches
