Murdock and Bird instructing then to search into
the Case and report to the Council at their next meeting
The Conduct of the brethren with regard to dancing
&c was then taken up,, after duly considering the case,, voted
that we as a council recommend to the brethren to
cease their dancing, or not to mix with the unbelieving
in these things.. H. W. Miller stated that bishop Myres
had totally forsaken his business considering that D. A. Miller
had taken his place, voted that counselors Miller and
Balkley inform bro Myres that he was still as bishop
in his office.. H. W. Miller brought up the stray business
again and gave information that the description were
not yet taken in consequence of the weather.
Voted to accept the work of the herdsmen and inform them
to send the number of the strays to this council..
Voted to accept the labors of E. M. Green as clerk
meeting adjourned till this day two weeks 10 oclock A. M.

Daniel Woods (to wit) 1st for taking and detaining
property not his own 2nd for lying 3rd for un
Christian like conduct, and treating the authorities
of the Church with contempt
