Pres. O. Hyde made some remarks and decided
as followg the decission of the Bishop be sustained ^{$10 or cow}, and
the vote of the council sanctioned the decission.

 Home busineSs was found and Pres. Hyde
made some remarks relative to Thos Johnson
also spoke relative to selling claims &c.

Bro. J M Benson requested to see the council by them
selves.. the Brethren retired. .  Bro. Benson then presented
an idea that there was a feeling among the Brethren and  
especially among the Seventies, against the council
and the presidency here. &c refered to a conversation he
had with Pres. Jos. Young.

notice that the feelings of the council are that they
not having made any reports since the oct. conf.
according to instruction the council with them to
meet the council 4 weeks from this day and
