Priest Hood,, Prest. Harris said, the man had never governed
his family,, but his Priest Hood could not be taken away, and would
follow him even to hell and would be his condemnation,, some
little altrication with regard to the holding of the Priest hood,,

Coulson,, Prest. Harris moved that Bro. Graham be cut off from
the church,, some remarks from Councillor Pendleton, followed
by bro's Evans, Coulson & Snow, followed by bro Graham..
It was moved by J. C. Snow that we followship bro. Graham
as a private member in this church on his coming forward
and confess his error, and as an offering for his sin give
up his authority to the clerk of the Council- Carried-
Councillor D. R. Williams wanted to know if a Presiding
Elder in a branch knowing all circumstances of the seperation
of a family and then because a man under those
circumstances had by some means obtained a license would not be equaly guilty with the man
who gave the consent- On motion it was voted that the
clerk cite the Elder who married E. Downs with Bro.
Grahams daughter to appear before the Council at its
next sitting..The Council was then requested to be
by themselves, and a letter was read from the branch
in Mt. Pisgah accusing Mary Ann Chapman, and
A. S. Workman of adultery.. On motion it was voted
that the clerk also cite Mrs. M. A. Chapman to appear before
the next Council to answer to said charge..
Bishop Lane made some remarks relative to his business
