Laurence of BLovelace had complied
with the requistion  of the Council
She answered in the negative. The clerk
then informed the parties that Br Lovelace
was no longer a member of the Church &
Sister Laurence could now proceed against him
according to law, some remarks  &
The case of Br Minon         Br Cook appealed
from the Bishop.
On motion a committee of three were appoint
to locate & take charge a spot for the conference
The Bishop A. W Johnson and his Council
said committee meet on Monday &. Br O Hyde
read an article prepared for the paper which  we 
was accepted by the Council. Some remarks
relative to the conference. Br Joseph Young &
Remarks relative to some   Brethren  that
had been cut off from the church last fall &
now want to come back into the Church
Pratriach W. Draper wanted to know if it would
to knew if it would be proper for him to travel
among the Branches & particular the St Louis
Branch Councillor Geo W. Harris spoke. Geo
Coulson followed by prest Hyde.. The council
note that he is not Counciled to go to St. Louis  Branch

that he is not Counciled to go to St Louis but
may travel through the Branches in Btt. Co
PresO Hyde spoke relative to the Propriety
of sending some good men to St Joseph to call
the truth in that place to gather & prevent

from going wild some remarks relative to
the Brethren organizing in St Joseph

& cropping the plains from that place
