   Kanesville April 10th 1852
High Council met pursuant to adjournment,
Councillors  present but Councillor J. Browning Councillor
J. C. Snow- Councillor Snow had been released by the Council
as he was about to start to Indian town__
    The former minutes read & accepted ----
Councillor H. W. Miller who had been absent since last
September & took his place in the Council- Spake at some length
relative to his Eastern tour--
    Councillor Jacob Bigler wished the Council to say whether
he was excusable for his  none attendance during the winter
on motion the vote Council voted
 that he was excusable for his none attenance--
     On motion Council adjourned till
2 weeks at 11 oclock A.M.

The High Council met at the court house pursuant
to adjournment and no business coming up, the Council
adjourned, two weeks at the place. 11 oclock A.M.
