     Pres^t O. Hyde said the Law of the land
would not compell him to testify, and spake
of the inexpediency of his testimony..
    Councillor Harris said there was a nub
some where was he would like the secret out..
    Pres^t O. Hyde  said it was improper to draw a
testimony from Bro. Parker,  said Bro. Harris was to
anxious if he would have patience the nub would
come out, and not jeoparise any one..
3  wit Bro. Vernall Burgess, testifyed that Bro.J. M. Benson
told him the same as Bro. O. Hyde had stated, and
