Prest O. Hyde said the Law of the land
would not compell him to testify, and spake
of the inexpediency of his testimony..
Councillor Harris said there was a nub

Prest O. Hyde said it was improper to draw a
testimony from Bro. Parker, said Bro. Harris was to
anxious if he would have patience the nub would
come out, and not jeoparise any one..
