Warthan for Yokum and thought he had traded

   Warthan being called upon said that Brother Stoddard &
Geo A were together and they told me that I had
better leave I saw both the Houses, One that Br Yokum
Yokum had and the one that the woman was
living in. He said he should not have the
woman into the street and should considerable
proff of his claim to the House------------------------------
Councellor Harris said that from the testimony,
given the House is Br Warthan's----------------------------
Councellor Stoddard also gave similar testimony
It was motioned that the House was given into
the hands of Br Warthan which rightly belongs
to him.-----------------------------------------------
Councellor Benson spake of the disatisfaction
arising from various branches some of the
Brethren living about 50 miles from this place
were not able to reach those who presided over the Dance
He had appointed some of the Presidents of the
Branches. Also spoke of the disorder in some of the
Parties and the repoofs he had given & he wished
to submit his course for the approval to this
 Councel.-----------------------------------------------
Councellor Stoddard apposed this Idea  of making so
many Presidents to preside over Dances as it makes
so much confession. And that one of these
 Councellore had introduced cards.------------------------
Remarks was made by President Hyde & Councellor Bigler
on this subject- Councellor Coulson said he thought Br
Benson's councel was not to rigid-That taking the
Lord's name in vain& having man whose breath rather
smell of Liquor in them I order one man whose
conduct was not becoming the occasion; I will  mention
his name It was Woodward- And several remarks
were made were made on the nature of order on Dances
