Notes F. Council Bluffs, Sunday morning July 26. 1846
met of the council A. Richards , James Alred, & H. Hyde after calling
order a list of the names of the bishops who were appointed to take
care of the families of the volunteers were by the read clerk
The Council and bishops then adjourned to another place
and after some deliberation voted for the council and
bishop to meet nexet Sunday morning 8 oclock at the stanel
 The bishops present were instrueted to notify all the other bishops
as far as they could to meet-- also to notify all the sisters left
in this region to come and make choice of their bishop to see to them and direct their affairs
The council then adjourned----

It was resolved to  appoint meeting days at the
nexet meeting---which meeting was appointed on

After some consultation in regard to sending back
trains to Nauvoo--- It was moved and carried unamously
that we provide shelter for our families and fadder

where the men had gone in to the Army and they were
