W Woodruff will address you on such subject as the Spirit brings to my mind
I do not want to occupy time without edifying you, I cannot with the spirit, I want
you press it is the duty of the saints at at all times to pray for those who shall
address them.. It is with [m---] an important time I am not with the twelve
in consel again I have met with them in foreign countries..When
I meet the saint in Zion, at head quarters, where we can drink from the stream
that never drys we should lays up the teachings as furniture in our minds
first we may contemplate and practice upon them, the time in which we
live if man has the spirit of his calling he feels it necessary to go forth
and teach the inhabitents of the earth it is this principle that has had no
to follow the course I have for the last 15 or 16 years,I and my brethren
would much rether settle down and earn our living with the
labor on four hands,, but the angles are waiting to reap down
the earth and it is [----------] for those who have the priest hood to
improve this time to clean his garments from the blood of men
the at this time is u the same situation in which other
ages have been & the destianty hangs in the interest they have in
the teach of the apostles so it was in the days of Noah,, so now, but
the people do not see it.. I & my brethren have the same feelings
that apostles had in other ages of the world, and if you have a
mind of the feelings of those ancients you know something
now we feel(1 we feel for the world, and I with my brethren have
feelings that we would like to settle down & we have got to live so
long as our heavenly father does,,we have to spend but a day at a time &
the best thing we can do is to be faithful,, the saints have trouble the
saints anciently had trouble so had the appostles &c.. If they are quickened
with the spirit of the Lord here, they will relive in the resu--
reation a fullness
also much while they are waiting,, but where is the consolation of those who
have presented the saints they are looking with [--------] on the app[-----------]
desolation,, the saints dont gain anything by denying his
God _________ who will judge
the people of this age the apostles that have preaches the word to them
have been slain by them &c. The veil will [--------] with a man from the
time he enbraces the gospel..

o Isaac Morly ,, I am thankful for the opperting of standing befor you and
the earth I enjoy a few ideas organezation there is but one division thro
the whole,, good remarks on the goverment of families and the course to be
taken in compacts among saints..

It is necessary to hear the king of the nations things at home
the [-------------] of this planet it is necessary no principle of beening
is evil, it is the use of it that is evil but we will not cast it
away because some [--------] use it as well we might reject the
gifts because some [--------] use train , riches are called &
blessings the Lord made them and we will not cast them
away because some [--------] them. I feel anxious the people here
should establish a [-------] course of action,, some will
think
when they get into the valley then they attened to it but you
will then find difficulties and will at last will be sorry
you have neglected it.. I would recommend there being a comite
established in every branch here to see to the establishing
of good schools, and when you get into the [--------] I want
to see not only those primary school but you semineries &
academies and universities and see your children rising
from degree to degree in education, and this people will do
it.. the revelations have said this people should become the
wisest and most influencial nation on the earth..
knowledge of beters without the spirit of god is good for nothing
